Genia Usher Jenkins has served as our Director since we opened in 2020. She earned her Early Childhood Ancillary (ECAC) certificate from Unitech Training Academy - Lafayette Campus in 2021. In 2024, she graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a B.A. in Psychology, specializing in both Child and Adolescent Development and Forensic Psychology. Genia is currently pursuing an M.A. in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Forensics at The Chicago School, with an expected graduation date of 2025.

As a leader, she sets an example for her staff, inspiring them to believe that with dedication and hard work, anything they dream is possible!

Victoria Usher TéMarie "Tori" serves as our Assistant Director and has been with us since our opening in 2020. She earned her B.S. in Audio Production from Full Sail University in 2021, followed by an M.S. in Entertainment Business in 2023. Tori is responsible for overseeing our overnight staff.

Jada Javette is our Senior Staff-in-Charge, Office Manager, and Pre-K Lead Teacher. She has been with us since our opening in 2020. Jada graduated from South Louisiana Community College with an Associate's Degree in General Studies in 2024. She is currently enrolled in the B.S. in Information Technology program at Full Sail University, with an expected graduation date of 2025. After completing her Bachelor's degree, she plans to pursue an M.S. in Computer Science at Full Sail University.

Joh'nasia Lekia Thomas serves as our Evening/Weekend Staff-In-Charge and has been an invaluable team member since 2022. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in December 2023 with a B.S. in Human Development & Family Science, along with a minor in Health. Currently, Joh'nasia is pursuing her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School.

Wright DyLashe "Dynisha" is one of our Nursery Lead Teachers and has been a valued team member since 2022. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, with an expected graduation date of 2025.

Rondavia Poydras is one of our Nursery Lead Teachers and has been with us since 2022. She is currently enrolled in the B.A. in Psychology program at Southern New Hampshire University, with an expected graduation date of 2026.

Rachael Romero is our Assistant Nursery Teacher and has been a valuable member of our team since 2023. She earned her Early Childhood Ancillary Certificate (ECAC) from Unitech Training Academy - Lafayette Campus in the same year.

Jade Chevalier is our Toddler 2 Teacher and has been a valued member of our team since 2022. She is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in Humanities at South Louisiana Community College, with an anticipated graduation in 2026.
